Northop Hall House
Northop Hall house and restaurant. For this job we manufactured and fitted two set of millstone honey sandstone bay windows. This was an interesting job show-casing several decorative features. Several stringer courses accented the windows including a shallow dental strip, steps and half bull-noses. An attractive crenellation was added to the parapet around the top of the windows.
Solid stone windows are an unusual choice in this era of cladding and cheap plastic, so it is always rewarding being involved with projects which will stand the test of time.
